Common questions
Is Ephemeris accurate?
The astronomical positions — solar longitude and moon phase — are computed in real time from astronomical formulas, and are factual. The readings themselves are written by an AI in the astrological tradition, offered for reflection and entertainment; they are not medical, financial, or legal advice.
Is my birth data stored?
Signed out, your birth details live only on your own device. When you sign in with Google, your birth details and each day's reading are stored with your Ephemeris account so every device shows the same entry; press 'Forget' on the reading page to remove both at any time. Payment data stays with Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open 'Manage subscription' in the footer to reach the Stripe billing portal and cancel in one step; you won't be charged after the current period ends.
How do the plans differ?
In depth and model. Morning Star is a short daily reading; Orbit adds three personalized facets and a weekly outlook; Celestial is written by the deepest model, answers your questions anytime, and produces a monthly natal report.
